Faria Beach Park is a park located seven miles north of Ventura city in California. The park provides a plethora of beach side activities like beach side camping, surfing and swimming besides horse shoe pits.
There is a small sandy cove between ocean front homes and is an excellent place to watch the natural views or just relax in the sands of the beach. The mild waves of the region entice beginning surfers while there is also surf fishing and excellent surf breaks.
The park is not just a surfing destination it is also a place to just sit and relax and gorge into some food from the neighboring food stall. The park lies between the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez mountains and offers breathtaking views of the Channel islands.
The park is small and picturesque with a playground for children and a food stand for snacks. It is a great place to do some California beach camping in the great weather and undertake walks to beautiful areas along the coast.
Other activities include stand up paddle boarding and beach walking in a refreshing natural setting. The park provides facilities like campground, rest rooms and showers besides a camp store and café.
